Our team is currently working around the clock to respond to your enquiries and process your orders as quickly as possible. We would like to suggest, when purchasing your items, to please check the specifications tab which identifies the standard lead time as our curated collection is sources from around the world.

Whilst we are experiencing some delays, we aim to inform you on shipment notifications as soon as we are advised.

Showroom Updates

 

We are currently working as a team between our home offices and our Byron Bay showroom to adhere to COVID-19 restrictions.

Our showroom is open, but with restrictions. We are able to hold showroom appointments for up to two people in a group, between 2 pm and 4 pm.

Due to limitations in our space, we ask kindly to ensure an appointment is made to enable us to follow safety requirements in complying to social distancing in our office.

We have ensured the safety of our team by following directions set by the WHO, allowed members of staff to work from their home offices, whilst our showroom staff are spaced out adequately.

 

Delivery Updates

 

Whilst most of our suppliers have been continually shipping throughout COVID-19, we have tried our best to ensure the lead times are updated.

A number of our international designers are also experiencing closures and delays, namely in the USA and Europe, impacting delivery timelines, regardless of whether they were originally scheduled via sea or air. At this stage it appears that these transit delays may become less predictable, as airlines and freight forwarding companies continue to respond to the evolving situation, and revise their scheduling accordingly.

We are doing our best to keep all product delivery updated, we are experiencing rapid changes.

Please check your item specifications for individual lead time predictions and delivery updates. Our Customer service team are working to ensure our website is updated with changes, however the updates are rapidly modifying.

Quotations are taking an average of 2-3 days, whilst we try to respond to enquiries within 48 hours.
