Delivery / Lead Times / Returns


Australia Post eParcel (signature required) and Star Track Express

Generally small parcels are sent via Australia Post eParcel.  eParcel orders placed before 2:00pm AEST will be received within 1-5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas.

All large parcels are delivered by our network of trusted Australian Couriers. You can calculate a delivery cost estimate in your shopping cart. Your delivery total will be displayed at checkout, before you complete your order, and is charged upon submitting your order.

Lead times differ for each range so please check the product description for an estimated lead time.

Once in transit delivery times may vary, however average transit times are 1-3 business days for Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Melbourne. To Adelaide & Perth average transit times are 5 business days and more for rural areas.

We suggest that you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the delivery. If the delivery address is unattended,  Startrack is authorised to leave the goods at that address.  If the delivery address is unattended Australia Post eParcel will leave a card for pick up at your nearest Post Office.  If you won't be available and do not want to aurthorise goods to be left at the address provided you must notify us at the time of order.  

The delivery times provided by Lighting Collecitve are estimates only. Lighting Collective will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to deliveries.

Our products are usually too large to be delivered to post office boxes.  Please provide a street address.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.  All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provide.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Lighting Collective cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.


Lead Times

If in stock, your order will usually dispatch within two business days from date of payment.

Where items are not in stock, or need to be imported there will be a lead time for your order. Please check the product description for estimated lead times.  We will contact you with an estimated ETA when the order is received or you can get in touch prior to double check.

Refunds & Returns

Special items ordered that are not normally stocked cannot be cancelled after order or returned after supply. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you just change your mind.  We do offer in store credit however in the unlikely event the product is faulty we offer a full refund.  

Upon receipt of your product, and before installation, please ensure the product fits the description and image on our site. In the event of any discrepancies, please do not proceed to installing the product. We ask that you contact us immediately so that we may arrange the appropriate refund or replacements. Any costs associated with uninstalling products with design or colour flaws are not reimbursed by Lighting Collective. If the product is faulty, it will be covered by the Manufacturer's warranty.

  • Returns must be in as new condition with packaging intact.
  • Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Special return offers apply to individuals only.
  • We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items
  • We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its original packaging and same new condition it was sent out.
  • See below for the time frame your exchange or refund must be made in:
    • Exchanges (full price items) - 2 months from date of purchase
    • Exchanges (sale items) - 1 month from date of purchase
    • Refunds (full price items) - 1 month from date of purchase
