Drawn from the structure of microscopic lifeforms, sponges, and star corals, the Hexacorallia Wall Sconce has a rich textural form. It balances sculpture and function in equal measure. Cast in ceramic and high-fired, the piece is available in three distinct finishes. Left bare, the porcelain diffuses a soft, ambient glow through its raw surface. Finished with a clear gloss glaze, the surface turns luminous, deepening the translucency of the clay body. Light diffuses with a softer, glassy quality. The Tenmoku finish introduces a rich, iron-bearing glaze characterised by deep, metallic dark chocolate and rust tones. It adds dramatic depth and earthy warmth.
Mount it along a dining wall, in a powder room, or beside a reading nook. The sconce adds dimensional warmth and soft, organic texture, creating mood lighting.
