Aluminium Components: Covered by a 25-year anti-corrosion guarantee against structural failure, covering the replacement of faulty aluminium parts showing signs of corrosion. This applies only to above-ground installations with the original surface treatment intact. It also includes the standard 5-year technical warranty.
Brass & Copper Components: Covered exclusively by the standard 5-year technical warranty against manufacturing and electrical defects. The 25-year anti-corrosion guarantee does not apply to these materials. Brass and copper are living materials that naturally oxidise, tarnish, and develop a unique patina when exposed to outdoor elements. This aging process is a natural physical characteristic of the metal rather than a product defect.
