This three-bedroom home, designed with a harmonious blend of brutalist and Japandi styles, offers a refreshing contrast to the Mediterranean trend. Situated across 48 acres of serene Bangalow countryside within the broader Byron Bay shire, this idyllic destination draws inspiration from the historic and artistic township. As visitors enter Copperstone via a long driveway, they immediately sense a transportive journey, evoking the tranquil essence of the Tuscan hills.

La Jardin, Lisa Danielle's petite Farmhouse exudes grandeur in both its design and charm. Our lighting recommendations were crafted to infuse this space with captivating intrigue and visionary beauty.

Lo Scoglio, a distinguished new addition to Byron Bay's hinterland, unfolds over two acres in the picturesque Coopers Shoot. This architectural masterpiece stands as a testament to the timeless sophistication of European farmhouse design and slow living. Inside this tranquil retreat, simplicity meets elegance, creating a space that is both inviting and effortlessly stylish. 

The Swell embraces the nostalgia of 50s motels with its low-slung lines, geometric shapes, and sepia tones. Envision the clean lines of contemporary design paired with soft pastels reminiscent of Palm Springs, all interwoven with the natural elements of coastal aesthetics, mere moments from the centre of Byron Bay.

This year marks an exciting shift in design, as bold hues move beyond their traditional accent roles to emerge as neutrals. We anticipate a captivating evolution of neutrality, where blues & greens, enriched with natural undertones, impart a sense of cosy tranquility. The warmth of terracotta & rustic browns will guide us to sun-kissed havens, infusing environments with a sense of grounded serenity.

This year we are forecasting lighting trends of organic stone textures to share the spotlight. Expect to see the earthy elegance of Travertine, Onyx and Marble, bringing a touch of the outdoors in.

Sun Ranch, a 1970s, Californian-style hotel in Byron Bay's hinterland, unfolds over 55 acres in the picturesque Coopers Shoot.
